Giselle Bonilla
I am an Indigenous woman, community leader, and advocate committed to collective healing and ancestral remembrance. I run an online private practice, Holistic Wellbeing Counseling, where I integrate trauma-informed care with ancestral wisdom, cultural knowledge, and spiritual healing.

I am the founder and executive director of Centro Bonilla, a foundation in Kiskeya (Dominican Republic) offering holistic health services to communities in Bonao and beyond (www.centrobonilla.org). I am the co-founder of Time of Butterflies, a foundation devoted to creating healing spaces for women through workshops, community events, and gatherings—grounded in the belief that true healing happens in community (www.timeofbutterflies.org).

I walk beside others as they remember who they are. My purpose is to gently guide and support healing—inviting reconnection to the self, to ancestral roots, and to ways of living that honor the rhythm of the body and the wisdom of the soul.

So many of us carry stories not only our own, but those of our lineage and collective past, held quietly within our bodies, shaping how we love, relate, and move through the world. These unseen imprints whisper through our nervous systems, our environments, and our relationships, asking to be witnessed and softened.

I offer a sacred space for listening, remembrance, and return. Through expanding self-awareness and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, I support your unfolding into deeper harmony, wholeness, and alignment with your true path.
